1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Ritize account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes and content you create in Ritize. You grant Ritize a limited license to process your notes to provide the service, including AI synthesis and paper matching. You are responsible for ensuring your notes do not infringe the rights of others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ritize to store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-generated materials
Ritize generates learning materials using AI. Outputs may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it. Scientific paper references should be checked against their original sources.
6. Subscriptions and fees
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service.
8. Disclaimer
Ritize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
