We collect the notes you create, your account credentials (email and authentication data), and basic usage analytics (such as which features you use and how often). Your notes are stored securely and associated with your account.
2. How we use your notes
Your notes are processed by our AI engine to find relevant scientific papers and generate combined learning materials. We may also use anonymized, aggregated note data to improve our matching and synthesis models. We never sell your notes or personal data.
3. Scientific paper data
Ritize references publicly available scientific papers. We cite sources and link back to original publications wherever possible. Paper metadata is used under the terms of their respective publishers.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your account and notes. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
5. Data retention
We retain your notes and generated materials for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your notes and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. To request a data export or account deletion, see our delete account page or contact us.
7. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers for authentication, cloud storage, and AI processing. These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate data processing agreements.
