Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Ritize account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove your notes, generated learning materials, weekly digests, and chat history within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

    Open the Ritize app and sign in to your account.

    Go to Settings from the profile menu.

  3. 3

    Tap Account, then select Delete account.

  4. 4

    Confirm by entering your email and tapping Delete permanently.

  5. 5

    You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Prefer to request by email?

You can also request account deletion by emailing us. Include your registered email address and the subject line "Delete my account."

  • All notes you've created
  • AI-generated learning materials and paper matches
  • Weekly digests and review history
  • Chat conversations with your notes
  • Account credentials and profile data
